Financial futures are futures markets where the underlying commodity is a treasury note or other financial instrument like the Eudodollar. The U.S. Treasury Bond market has arguably the greatest impact of any market on the general economy and is watched by the world over. In the United States the Eurodollar contracts are some of the most actively traded futures contracts.
