Futures Knowledge Explains Aggregation
Aggregation policy is put in place to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting within the futures market to prevent speculation and increase clarity in the futures market. Traders or groups of related traders can have positions spread over multiple accounts which while controlled/owned by the traders without aggregation can look separate.
