Single Stock Futures (traded at One Chicago)
About a year or so ago - this is all anyone talked about in
the futues industry. Futures Knowledge.com went so far as to create a
massive section on our web site dedicated to the new futures contracts that you could
purchase based on individual stocks. How come you never saw it? Quite simply -
it may be the exact same reason no one is talking about Single Stock Futures anymore...
One Chicago was not willing to allow us to post their information on our web site.
So instead of properly marketing themselves and jumping on the bandwagon they had -
they managed to keep themselves a secret (nice work One Chicago). All-in-all - the
Single Stock Futures are traded on 80+ stocks such as Microsoft and IBM. We're going
to go out on a limb here and give some free advertising to the folks at One Chicago - so
if you're interested in more details on Single Stock Futures, click
here to visit One Chicago's website.
